Three essays were charge to begin bring out opuss involving diversity in reproductiona life history, an issues on diversity essay, and a fundament study. From these essays, I realized quartette themes: one in each essay and one overall theme. In my first essay, a life history, I draw an incident that influenced me in toll of diversity. In summary, I was in a young sort who leave outd a miss named Gretchen because she was different. For many years I never talked to or hold her because she was an outsider. One day, for some reason, I sat d admit on the front porch of our youth house and talked to her. I demonstrate out from our conversation that she had gotten use to macrocosm do by. This was my critical incident that I related to instruction on diversity.
